Information Technology
Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals to other providers
Enter patient information, appointment details, and special instructions into the electronic medical system
Maintain accurate provider contact information
Follow established site protocols and documentation standards
Support front desk operations including greeting patients and answering phones
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service background
Ability to multitask and switch tasks frequently
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in retail, hospitality, call centers, or similar roles is acceptable
High School Diploma/GED or 10+ years of work experience
Preferred
Medical office experience is helpful but not required
