Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines including lathes, mills, and machining centers
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in CNC equipment
Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities and scheduling preventive maintenance
Conduct inspections and tests on machines to ensure they are functioning correctly
Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment
Collaborate with production staff to address machine-related issues promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred
Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on CNC machines
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with machine shop tools and equipment, including grinders, lathes, and presses
Experience with preventive maintenance and repair of CNC and machining tools
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Preferred

Technical degree or certification in a related field
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Fluency in German
