Candidates will be responsible for traveling between multiple office locations to support the digitization of child welfare documents, which involves handling sensitive content and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities
Traveling between multiple office locations within their assigned region to support the digitization of child welfare documents
Viewing sensitive content as a daily part of this position
Following the workload accordingly based on the location of physical files requiring scanning
Practicing quality assurance and control
Handling secure documents
Transferring hard copy data into a digitized format as needed
Documenting and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
Managing project timelines effectively
Solving problems as they arise during the project
Using reliable transportation for travel between sites
Qualification
Required
Experience working on a large-scale scanning and documentation project
Practice in quality assurance and control
Handling of secure documents
Knowledge of transferring hard copy data into a digitized format is a plus
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with Stakeholders and team members
Ability to manage project timelines effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable Transportation
