Experience coordinating directly with customers and field technicians
Ability to manage, confirm, and adjust schedules in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, tasks, and stakeholders
Strong organizational and follow‑through skills
Comfortable taking inbound calls and assisting with customer requests
Providing support to internal teams, coordinating office needs, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations
Acting as a trusted partner to leadership
Anticipating needs and driving follow‑through on critical tasks
Qualification
Required
