Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive internal medicine care to adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute & chronic conditions
Deliver preventive care, screenings, and chronic disease management
Support quality improvement and population health initiatives
Supervise and collaborate with clinical support staff (MA, RN, PA, NP)
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards
Participate in on-call coverage and inpatient rounding as needed
Engage in trainings, consultations, and professional development

Qualification

MDDO degreeActive Illinois medical licenseDEA certificationBoard Certified in Internal MedicineCredentialing eligibility

Required

MD or DO degree
Active Illinois medical license
DEA certification
Eligible to complete credentialing and obtain full clinical privileges

Preferred

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
