Confidential company is seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to lead all logistics, inventory, and distribution operations across multiple locations. The role focuses on ensuring that field teams have the necessary tools and materials to deliver exceptional service safely and efficiently.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and returns

Maintain accurate inventory records for tools, parts, and equipment across all branches

Partner with purchasing and service departments to ensure proper stock levels and timely replenishment

Manage tool and equipment assignments, calibrations, and returns for field technicians

Monitor fleet and material logistics to support daily service operations

Supervise and develop warehouse and logistics staff, including training and performance evaluations

Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, safety policies, and accountability measures

Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement

Utilize technology and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and improve efficiency

Collaborate with service managers, dispatch, HR, and finance to streamline workflows and meet company goals

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, productivity, and safety

Required

5+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience (multi-location preferred)

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
