Responsibilities

Hardware/software and network troubleshooting for end-users
Basic knowledge in server computing, networking, phone setup/support, and business applications
Managing a ticket queue, maintaining SLAs and best practices for proper ticket handling
Provides solutions to a wide variety of technology related problems, issues, and questions or escalates to appropriate support area
Utilizes knowledge management tools to help resolve client issues
Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology support issues for both local and global users
Active Directory/Group Policy Support
Windows 10/11 support for end users
Provide end-to-end IT support relating to hardware and software applications
This person will computer systems, hardware, or software, and will work with other Information Technology areas to escalate and resolve problems, if necessary
Document, develop and improve existing IT processes, and adhere to established standards and best practices
Experience working with a ticketing tool

Required

1-3+ years of Windows Operating Systems experience
Application Support Examples: Okta (or another SSO), Slack, Zoom, Jira, JAMF/Kandji
Ticketing system experience
Active Directory and account management
Office 365 Suite Support
Deployment/installation/configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user equipment (mobile devices, peripherals, etc.)
VPN/Access
