Responsibilities
Own the architecture and build the first MVP yourself
Evolve the MVP into a scalable platform
Assemble and lead the engineering team as the company grows
Develop real-time AI models and multimodal signal fusion
Create a cloud-native core with low-latency, high-throughput data pipelines
Build engines for automated response orchestration and adaptive facility safety controls
Establish secure-by-default foundations including CI/CD, observability, and compliance-ready design
Qualification
Required
10+ years delivering production-grade enterprise SaaS and AI/ML platforms
Deep experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems; fluent in integrating IoT / hardware data streams
A builder with a founder mindset, comfortable owning the stack now and leading a team later
