Responsibilities
Installs, inspects, tests, and repairs fire alarm systems in various buildings
Uses electrical knowledge and tools to ensure these systems are functioning correctly to protect people and property
Troubleshoots issues and provides technical support to customers
Programs systems using a laptop
Qualification
Required
Strong electrical knowledge
Familiarity with tools, wiring, and digital technology
Ability to program systems using a laptop
Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems
Meticulous attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints
Strong sense of responsibility
Preferred
Experience with fire alarm systems
Experience with Honeywell, Firelite, Notifier systems
Experience in alarm installation and troubleshooting
