Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of contact for members, aiming for first-call resolution
Deliver outstanding service aligned with organizational service promises
Meet established sales and service goals
Explain and recommend credit union products and services
Provide account information, assist with online banking registration, and guide members through digital tools
Handle a variety of calls, including fraud cases, product referrals, and general inquiries
Process financial transactions such as loan payments, transfers, and check withdrawals
Facilitate wire transfers, payroll allocations, and provide rate information
Qualification
Required
2+ years of customer service experience in financial services (banking or insurance; not mortgage-heavy roles)
Comfortable with sales and upselling products/services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems
Stable work history (minimum 1.5 years at each position)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable sitting for extended periods
