Responsibilities
Perform high-quality mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
Ensure patient comfort by clearly explaining procedures and providing compassionate care
Produce accurate diagnostic images to support effective clinical decision-making
Adhere to radiation safety, quality assurance, and regulatory guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation within imaging and patient record systems
Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient outcomes
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT registered in Mammography or registry eligible (must obtain certification within one year of hire; registry-eligible candidates must provide proof of program completion)
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to diagnostic accuracy
Excellent communication skills with a patient-first approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
