Responsibilities
Supervises and participates in the performance of substantive human resources clerical work that includes a significant proportion of those of a novel and/or unusually complicated nature and/or limited technical assistance work; and/or independently performs the full range of technical human resources work; and perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
One (1) year of progressively responsible general office clerical experience
Four (4) years of experience in an office where the work required the knowledge and application of pertinent human resources rules, regulations, procedures and program requirements
Demonstration of supervisory aptitude through successful completion of regular or special assignments which involve some supervisory responsibilities or aspects; by serving as a group or team leader, or in similar work in which opportunities for demonstrating supervisory and/or administrative capabilities exist; by completion of training assignments; or by favorable appraisals by a supervisor indicating the possession of supervisory potential
