Responsibilities

Enter and update data from various sources including forms, reports, and digital files
Verify accuracy and completeness of information before submission
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding data-related issues
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data handling and environmental compliance

Required

Proven experience in data entry or typing roles, preferably in environmental or related industries

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Additional education or certification in data management is a plus
Familiarity with environmental data or industry terminology is advantageous but not mandatory
