Perform basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable processes
Reconcile bank accounts and other financial statements to ensure accuracy
Prepare and record accounting entries with precision
Handle invoices and maintain detailed financial records
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide support
Collaborate with the real estate team to manage financial documentation
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records
Maintain organized documentation for audits and reviews
Qualification
Required

Ability to perform accurate bank and account reconciliations
Detail-oriented approach to managing financial records and documentation
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
