Responsibilities
Maintain a deep understanding of designing within brand and league guidelines
Design and produce graphics for sports memorabilia, packaging, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
Support workflow efficiency by organizing files, templates, and design assets
Assist in photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation to enhance product presentation
Stay current with sports culture, memorabilia trends, and design innovations to inspire new concepts
Collaborate with creative leads, product designers, and production teams to ensure artwork is print-ready and optimized for manufacturing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Corel or 3D tools a bonus
Strong understanding of print production, color management, and file preparation
Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail in both custom and high-volume work
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Passion for sports, fan culture, and storytelling through design
Must be able to present past work that illustrates the capability to work with style guides and stay true to branding
Ability to work in an office setting four days a week
