The role involves ownership of the long-term financial model, performance management, and operational KPIs, while collaborating with the Finance leadership team to drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities
Primary ownership of key reporting for FBG across the business including monthly/quarterly business reviews and board meetings detailing the performance and operational progress being achieved
Develop corporate performance management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and collaborative capabilities across the organization in driving executive alignment
Lead the consolidation and continuous improvement of the long term, financial model (across P&L and Balance Sheet) including target setting, structuring, maintenance and expansion for segments, reporting, data, etc
Select, establish, maintain and track operational KPIs to enable performance management, and create alignment with the long-term financial model
Own total company consolidated sales and metrics reporting across teams, including establishing cross-functional metrics definitions; whilst influencing business change through insight
Proactively provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy
Ad hoc financial analysis relating to key commercial projects
Develop corporate performance management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and collaborative capabilities across the organization in driving executive alignment
Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
12 plus years of finance experience with progressively increasing responsibility; experience in investment banking, private equity, or public multinational companies preferred
Deep experience with financial modeling, data manipulation and analytics
Expert skills with Microsoft Excel
Extensive experience with presentations to senior management, with extraordinary attention to detail and strong data visualization skills
Adaptability and innovation with an eye for developing processes that align across multiple groups and stakeholders
Experience growing and leading teams
Preferred
Experience in investment banking, private equity, or public multinational companies preferred
