Required

Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Time management and organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Strong communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physical labor
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to landscaping and maintenance work
Preferred
Prior experience in landscaping or lawn care management is a plus
