Responsibilities
Weekly staff and prioritization meetings
Facilitate the development of APQP documentation including, but not limited to process FMEAs, control plans and process flow diagrams
Support and tracking of recommended action from the process FMEAs
Independent scheduling and leading APQP readiness meetings with manufacturing engineering teams
Review and /or develop process capability studies, measurement systems analysis
Create final production part approval documentation (PPAP)
Formal documentation and presentation at stakeholder update
Work with many departments to ensure each new capital program is properly supported for every aspect of quality readiness. Including metallurgical testing, metrology equipment, CMM programming, validation results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering required
8-10 years experience required
Ability to facilitate and create all APQP elements including Process Flow, Control Plan and Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA)

Prior automotive industry experience
Some understanding of truck applications
Some understanding of Autonomous operations
