You will be the sole technical architect and lead developer for our MVP, working directly alongside a seasoned business and science team
You are shaping the technical vision of a platform designed to impact lives at scale
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of Full-Stack Mastery: You've spent a decade in the trenches. You are still 'hands-on-keyboard' and can architect and ship a high-quality MVP
You thrive in the ambiguity of pre-seed. You don't need a roadmap; you help draw it
You possess a strong academic background and have the 'first-principles' thinking required to solve complex bio-tech data challenges
You've built systems that scaled to 100k+ users and understand the delicate balance between 'shipping fast' and 'building right.'
High EQ is a must. You can translate technical debt into business risk and collaborate seamlessly with non-technical stakeholders
You are curious and have a genuine passion for what you do - You want your work to have a tangible, life-extending impact
We are looking for a partner, not an employee. You should have the ambition to grow from a solo lead contributor into a strategic C-suite executive as we move toward our Seed and Series A milestones
Preferred
Previous early-stage startup or fundraising experience
Exposure to health data, IoT, or complex data visualization
Strong business acumen and the ability to think like an owner
