Responsibilities
Develop and execute a catering sales plan to grow business-to-business and event catering
Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations
Manage catering inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to ensure excellent customer service
Coordinate with restaurant management to ensure accurate and timely catering fulfillment
Track sales performance and provide weekly reports to management
Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Maintain a consistent brand voice in line with Zaxby’s guidelines
Capture high-quality photos and videos to highlight menu items, team culture, and community events
Monitor analytics to measure engagement and growth, adjusting strategies as needed
Assist with local marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and promotional events
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or social media management (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with major social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Must have reliable transportation for local travel and outreach
