Qualification
Required
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and professional Phone Etiquette
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including the use of scheduling and service management software
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Prior experience in the automotive service industry is a plus
Additional technical or vocational training is beneficial
