Responsibilities
Analyze mutual fund operational data to identify discrepancies, exceptions, and reconciliation breaks across the trade lifecycle
Investigate breaks to determine root cause, contributing factors, and downstream impacts
Document issues with clear context, including background, data sources, and operational implications
Evaluate and articulate resolution options, including trade-offs, risks, and operational feasibility
Clearly explain the logic and rationale behind selected resolutions and final outcomes
Produce well-structured written deliverables suitable for internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders when required
Qualification
Required
5 to 15 years of experience in mutual fund operations, fund accounting, or related middle- and back-office functions
Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and common sources of operational breaks
Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and explain operational discrepancies
Ability to operate independently
