Responsibilities
Answering phones (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, which sounds fantastic on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you)
Great memory with the ability to remember lots of details. We have over 500+ clients every week so it is a very busy front desk. If you are looking for a quiet job, do not apply!
Ability to sell themselves and our services. We are looking for someone with a great personality who is a people person

Selling our school over the phone to prospective clients is one of the most important parts of this role
Registering clients
Processing paperwork
Cleaning
Communicating with teachers, staff, and clients
Selling minimal retail/supplies at the desk
Interacting with customers
Qualification
Required
Must have reliable transportation to travel between our San Marcos and Encinitas offices as needed
Ability to sell themselves and our services
Great memory with the ability to remember lots of details
Great phone skills
Ability to self manage, complete projects, tasks and work alone - we do not micro-manage
Ability to multitask and keep up with lots of details
Manage a fast-paced environment
