Conducting market research

Fostering strong client relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians' offices, ALFs, rehabs, and other senior living facilities
Collaborating with the team to develop business growth strategies
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through focused communication and support
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market trends and data
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships
Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to drive business growth
Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and in a hybrid setup
Must have own book of business referral partners
Preferred
Familiarity with the healthcare or home care industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
