Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks and systems efficiently
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries and foster professional interactions
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules and providing high-level support
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively
Proficiency in using office software and tools, including word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Prior experience in an academic or media-related setting is a plus
Additional qualifications in office management or a related field are a bonus
