Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management
Experience in Benefits Administration and implementation
Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and conflict resolution
Familiarity with HR Policies and their application within an organization
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related roles
Preferred
Proficiency in HR software and systems is a plus
