Business Development Representative
GameTune.ai is a performance-driven media and growth company that empowers clients to connect with audiences through strategic marketing. They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify leads, build client relationships, and contribute to sales initiatives, with a focus on measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
Execute outbound sales outreach via email and LinkedIn
Use Amplemarket (preferred) for prospecting and sequencing
Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, and timeline
Book and hand off qualified meetings to sales leadership
Support the launch of paid or contract-approved campaigns
Maintain clean CRM data in HubSpot
Follow up on inbound leads, referrals, and warm introductions
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR
Strong experience with HubSpot CRM (preferred)
Salesforce experience acceptable
Ability to use AI tools to scrape data of attendees at conferences
Hands-on experience with Amplemarket or Apollo
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow-ups
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to qualify leads beyond surface-level interest
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Preferred
Experience selling media, SaaS, marketing, or creator-economy solutions
Familiarity with gaming, esports, music, or brand partnerships
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
Benefits
$250 bonus at 12 qualified meetings
$500 bonus at 15+ meetings
% override on revenue closed from SDR-sourced deals at 2%
