Qualification
Required
Strong financial management and accounting skills, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Proficiency in implementing and maintaining internal controls, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Advanced knowledge of financial software systems and tools
Leadership and team management abilities, including experience working in collaborative, remote environments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Previous experience in a Controller or senior accounting role, preferably in growth-stage or startup companies
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent
