They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to support the senior leadership team in various administrative and operational tasks, including accounting, CRM management, and special projects.

Responsibilities
Handle core accounting processes: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance
Manage and optimize our CRM system (data entry, reporting, workflow improvements)
Coordinate technology projects and implementations (software rollouts, system updates, vendor coordination)
Assist with special projects across departments — from process improvements to strategic initiatives
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership
Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience a plus
Comfortable learning new systems and technology quickly
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Background in accounting/bookkeeping, project management, teaching/education, or a related field strongly preferred
Master's degree preferred
