Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients across trucking, freight, logistics, and related industries
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new business
Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and consultations with prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and service agreements on behalf of HAULXIFY
Build a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and digital marketing
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio
Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new clients with our dispatch operations team
Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Address client concerns and coordinate solutions with our operations team
Conduct regular check-ins to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Act as HAULXIFY's official representative and brand ambassador in the United States
Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences
Build strategic partnerships with industry associations and related businesses
Represent company values, professionalism, and service excellence in all interactions
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitive landscape
Coordinate and manage payment collection from clients in your portfolio
Process invoicing and payment tracking in collaboration with our accounting team
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and transactions
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
Ensure compliance with payment terms and contract agreements

Required

Must be located in the United States with legal authorization to work
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of commission-based sales environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

Preferred

Experience in the trucking, logistics, dispatch, freight brokerage, or transportation industry
Existing network of contacts within the target industries
Background in managing client accounts and payment processing
Understanding of dispatch operations and terminology
Previous success in commission-only or 1099 contractor roles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
