Director/ExecutiveFoundly, Inc. is building centralized infrastructure for lost item recovery across universities, airports, and large organizations. They are seeking a Founding CTO to lead engineering and technical strategy, overseeing system architecture and the integration of AI-driven systems as they scale their platform.

Responsibilities
Lead system design and core architecture decisions
Build and scale backend and frontend systems
Design and integrate AI and machine learning components into the product
Own data pipelines, model integration, and system performance
Establish engineering standards, tooling, and best practices
Partner closely with the founder on roadmap and product execution
Hire, mentor, and grow the early engineering team
Qualification
Required
Experience building and scaling production systems
Hands on experience shipping AI or machine learning systems
Comfortable owning technical decisions end to end
Strong foundation in modern web architecture, data systems, and cloud infrastructure
Clear communicator with strong product judgment
Bachelor's, Master's, PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
