Responsibilities
Lead Fanatics Ecosystem financial planning, forecasting, and long-range modeling, partnering with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable financial plans and KPIs
Own and deliver key financial reporting across Fanatics App, FanCash, Fanatics ONE, and Fan Data Services, including monthly and quarterly business reviews and materials for board and executive leadership
Define, track, and refine operational KPIs to support performance management and ensure alignment with financial plans
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Commercial teams to evaluate investments, pricing, and growth initiatives, ensuring disciplined capital allocation and ROI
Build and scale FP&A processes, models, and systems, improving forecast accuracy, scenario planning, and decision-making in a fast-moving environment
Partner with analytics on consolidated business metrics reporting, including establishing consistent, cross-functional definitions and improving data integrity
Partner on ad hoc financial analyses tied to key strategic initiatives and commercial projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
8–12 years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or investor relations; experience in a public or multinational company preferred
Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems and BI tools is a plus
Proven experience preparing and presenting materials to senior management, with strong attention to detail and data visualization skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic thinking with execution
Preferred
Experience in a public or multinational company preferred
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members preferred
