Senior LevelEquity Medical is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Rheumatologist to join our rapidly growing business and provide Principal Investigator oversight for our Nashville, Tennessee location. This unique opportunity allows you to make an impact in an underserved population while demonstrating leadership in clinical research as a Principal Investigator across multiple Rheumatologic disease states.

Responsibilities
After any necessary training (if needed) is completed, serve as Principal Investigator for ongoing/future clinical trials
Oversee study conduct, participant safety, and regulatory compliance
Ensure protocol adherence, accurate reporting, and supervision of study staff
Collaborate with research coordinators, sponsors, and regulatory representatives
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research-related leadership activities
Qualification
Required
Board Certified in Rheumatology (MD or DO; required)
Licensed to practice medicine in Tennessee (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care (required)
Preferred
Prior exposure to clinical research (preferred, but free training available if needed)
