1+ years expAztec Shops, Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Graphics Design Assistant to support the Assistant Creative Manager in developing print, digital, and multi-media campaigns. The role involves assisting in the creation of marketing materials and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
Assists in the developing concepts and creating mock-ups
Follows the project plan and timelines as directed
Meets deadline requirements of assigned projects
Uses a variety of software programs
Assists in designing signs, coupons, PowerPoints, brochures and other marketing materials
Helps install store and window displays
Participates in photo shoots as needed
Assists in developing material for web pages, interactive media, social media, emails and multimedia projects
Must comply with and ensure continued, consistent compliance with all company policies, and federal, state, and local laws/regulations including but not limited to: employment, safety, and health
Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in using a Macintosh operating system
At least one year of experience using graphic software Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Ability to handle a diverse workload of assignments in a timely manner with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Demonstrates effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Must be able to read, write and understand English
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, guidelines and objectives
Ability to read and comprehend a variety of informational documentation, procedures and correspondence
Ability to write correspondence with proper format, punctuation, spelling and grammar
Ability to communicate effectively using electronic media and in written and verbal forms
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees
Ability to prepare and analyze numerical figures, create and interpret spreadsheets
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages and decimals
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out general written or oral instructions
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and pay attention to detail
Good analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Ability to utilize a computer
Ability to use a variety of office machines and equipment
Ability to talk/expressing and/or exchanging ideas and hear/perceiving sounds
Ability to operate computers, copy machines, fax machines and other general office equipment such as a 10-key calculator
Ability to move, lift or carry heavy objects or materials up to 10 pounds
Specific visual abilities required include close vision, peripheral visions, distance vision, and color vision for extensive reading and interpretation of reports and documents
