Independent Sales Agent

The Independent Sales Agent will build relationships with clients to drive sales of Optavise's benefits solutions, conducting product presentations and assisting clients with implementation while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with clients to drive sales of Optavise's benefits solutions
Work and collaborate with a tight knit sales team identifying and reaching out to potential clients
Conduct product presentations
Provide tailored benefits recommendations
Assist clients with the implementation of solutions
Maintain strong client relationships
Monitor satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Sales and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain meaningful customer connections/relationships!
Ability to effectively deliver presentations and explain benefits solutions to diverse audiences
Proficiency in time management and self-motivation to manage a hybrid work setup and contract responsibilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent sales experience
Knowledge or interest in the learning of employee benefits, voluntary benefits, and benefits administration is a plus
Experience in the insurance or employee benefits industry is highly advantageous!
