Responsibilities
Lead all phases of project management, from preconstruction to turnover
Partner closely with field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Develop, maintain, and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Review and interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications
Oversee procurement and change management processes
Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders
Mentor and support assistant project managers and project engineers
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role within commercial or industrial construction
Proven experience managing data center or industrial projects valued at $20 million+
Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and construction means and methods
Ability to travel nationwide as required - typically 3 weeks on, long weekend off
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, or other project management/scheduling software
Data Center or Mission Critical project experience HIGHLY recommended
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
