Responsibilities

Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of machine tools and manufacturing equipment
Traveling to client sites
Performing preventive maintenance
Diagnosing technical issues
Ensuring optimal machine performance
Clear communication with clients and collaboration with the internal support team

Required

Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing machinery and equipment. Experience with machine tools is highly recommended
Knowledge in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and CNC controls to efficiently address machine functionality issues
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to support repairs and installations
Excellent communication and customer service skills to collaborate closely with clients and address their technical needs effectively
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a remote or on-site environment
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to client locations

Preferred

Previous experience in field service or industrial equipment maintenance is preferred
Relevant technical training, certifications, or an associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus
