Acts as the technical lead for resolving metadata conflicts and executing deployment pipelines
Qualification
Required
8+ years total experience
Salesforce Technical Background: Strong Apex, metadata, and packaging knowledge
DevOps Tools: Mastery of Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT
Version Control: Expert-level Git branching and merge-conflict resolution
Automation: Experience building pipelines for PMD/Static code analysis
Preferred
Pharma Industry experience
Multi-Org Experience: Managing deployments across complex landscapes
