Sales Development Representative
Reindeer is a well-funded, early-stage startup seeking a driven and personable Sales Development Representative to fuel their growth in the US market. This role involves owning the top of the sales funnel, conducting outbound outreach, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine processes.

Responsibilities
Research Mid Market and Enterprise accounts and key decision-makers to uncover needs and pain points
Create a qualified pipeline through cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling
Run discovery calls to assess fit, intent, and readiness to buy
Book qualified meetings for AEs with strong context and smooth handoffs
Meet or exceed activity goals, KPIs, and pipeline targets consistently
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and outreach strategy
Stay up to date on customer trends, pain points, and Reindeer AI’s product
Qualification
Required
2+ year of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience a must
Comfortable speaking with new people and confident initiating conversations
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving startup environment
Proactive and resilient. You don't wait to be told what to do
Growth-minded with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Able to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-management skills
Preferred
Internships, part-time roles, or non-traditional paths encouraged
Familiarity with CRM, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Sequences tools etc
