Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with timely follow-ups
Market our agency and State Farm products to meet customer needs
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills to relate effectively to customers
