Responsibilities
Provide technical and strategic leadership for a specialist engineering team
Act as Engineer of Record on complex renewable energy projects
Set technical standards, review methodologies, and ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables across all workstreams
Partner closely with adjacent engineering disciplines and project leadership to ensure seamless execution
Lead hiring, mentoring, and development of senior and mid-level engineers, building a strong leadership pipeline
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Extensive experience in grid-connected renewable energy projects
Demonstrated success leading and developing technical teams
Strong working knowledge of industry standards and regulatory frameworks
