Lead analytics initiatives using predictive modeling, machine learning, and multi-channel data
Develop patient journey insights and digital/promotion response analyses
Build dashboards and reports to track key brand metrics and performance
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Sales Ops, and Analytics teams
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics
6+ years in analytics or insights within pharma/biotech, preferably oncology
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
Ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex insights clearly
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
