Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO to prioritize, synthesize, and execute top initiatives
Drive cross-team alignment: goals, owners, deadlines, follow-through
Build and run leadership cadence (updates, meetings, decisions, comms)
Connect dots across Product, Legal, HR, and Ops and remove friction fast
Create clarity: surface risks, bottlenecks, and critical info at the right time
Support fundraising, recruiting, investor relations, and key partnerships as needed
Translate big ideas into operational reality consistently
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, strategic operator, or senior program/project leader
Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and calm execution under pressure
Independently driven so you don't need permission to create momentum
Strong in ambiguity and shifting priorities (startup reality)
Experience working closely with a founder/CEO is a major plus
Comfortable in async environments, and knows when real-time sync is required
