Manage project milestones and work with technical teams to build out the WBS
Identify tasks, timelines, and manage budgets
Develop effective solutions to potential issues before they escalate
Communicate progress and challenges to upper-level executives
Adapt to shifting priorities and reallocate resources as needed
Conduct research into project-related issues and products
Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Qualification
Required
Scrum Master Certification
Knowledge of core banking, processes, and operations
7 years of experience in project management
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a fast learner
Prior experience as a Delivery Lead with a strong understanding of Enterprise Change requirements and Governance
Preferred
University degree or college diploma in Business or Technology
Experience with Enterprise Wide project management in Fortune 50 companies
Background in financial services
Ability to communicate effectively at the Executive level
