Responsibilities
Evaluates procedures and technology solutions to improve human resource data management
Continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets
Researches and selects HR Technology models in order to improve the overall operation of the talent acquisition and development functions within the Company
Supports the development of the Technology & Enterprise Architecture Strategy as it relates to the support and enablement of technology roadmap and alignment with the Corporate, Enterprise & Segment Strategies & Annual Plans
Directs the procurement and delivery of a variety of corporate services, to include managing existing tasks, continuously striving to improve processes and delivery, and evaluating existing and new service delivery opportunities
Directs the HR team to identify new sources for services, bidding, negotiations and contracts, to ensure the highest possible total value and quality levels
Development of all HR and employment related functions including, but not limited to; developing and integrating company policies and procedures, employee relations, benefits and open enrollment, employee training and development, payroll, recruitment/talent management compensation, performance management, and HRIS
Directs the HR team to resolve issues and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery
Leverages technology to solve business problems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 10 years' HR experience
Executive experience sitting at a corporate office
MUST have Restaurant or Retail experience
Preferred
MBA in Information Systems preferred
