Support day-to-day execution of business collaboration and partnership projects
Organize customer requirements, meeting notes, and action items to ensure progress
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and project reviews
Maintain customer and partner information for long-term relationship management
Support cross-functional coordination across sales, product, and operations teams
Assist with proposals, project documents, and external-facing materials
Qualification
Required
Strong execution ability, reliability, and sense of responsibility
Clear logical thinking and strong organizational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Strong written English (Chinese proficiency is a plus)
Ability to commit consistent weekly time and participate continuously
Preferred
Technical background or familiarity with AI / robotics
Experience in consulting, finance, operations, or startup environments
