Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to analyze client needs and design effective strategies
Experience in Investments and Financial Advisory to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
Extensive knowledge of Finance with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client trust
Ability to stay current with financial products, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks
State Life and Health Insurance License and FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 registrations (or willingness to obtain them)
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
