Brokerage Fraud Analyst - Remote

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Brokerage Fraud Analyst. In this role, the analyst will review and investigate daily AML level alerts related to money movement and trade activity while managing a high volume of broker-dealer alerts to identify legitimate versus suspicious behavior.

Responsibilities

Analyzing customer transactional and account activity
Escalating high-risk concerns such as elder abuse or unusual transactions
Serving as a subject matter expert supporting Unusual Financial Observation (UFO) filings in partnership with AML Officers and Fraud Program teams
Leveraging tools such as Protogent AML modules and the WellsCap system
Assisting with reporting and documentation
Staying current on BSA/AML regulations, FINRA Red Flags, and compliance requirements

Broker Dealer AMLFinancial services experienceTransactional activity reviewSecurities markets knowledgeFINRA Series 7Risk managementCompliance knowledgeBrokerage experience

Required

Bachelor's degree is required
7+ years of experience in financial services, supervision, compliance, and risk management
Strong Broker Dealer AML background is required
Brokerage experience is a must
Experience reviewing transactional activity, trades, and money movement alerts
Experience with securities markets, retail brokerage, and regulatory environments

Preferred

FINRA Series 7, 66, or 24 preferred
