Responsibilities
Take incoming customers' calls and inquiries
Answer customer inquiries via phone or email
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries, concerns, and issues
Be the primary point of contact for key accounts and build long-term relationships with customers
Develop trusted relationships with accountholders and clients
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, billing disputes, and other customer complaints to ensure timely resolution
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Qualification

Experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to take incoming customers' calls and inquiries
Ability to answer customer inquiries via phone or email
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries, concerns, and issues
