SoTalent is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the Southeast Region to support customer marketing activities for a specialty oncology product. The role involves engaging key opinion leaders and managing strategic relationships to enhance awareness and adoption of therapies in neuro-oncology and rare diseases.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with regional KOLs through meetings, advisory boards, congresses, and other engagements
Develop and execute strategic and tactical KOL engagement plans based on market insights
Support speaker bureau activities, including recruitment, training, content development, and evaluation of educational programs
Collaborate with commercial and medical teams to ensure effective coordination of peer-to-peer education and advisory boards
Provide insights and mentoring to account managers and cross-functional partners to maximize impact in regional accounts
Attend national and regional medical conferences, maintaining deep clinical and market knowledge in neuro-oncology
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies in all activities

Required

5+ years of commercial experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech with KOL engagement or thought-leader liaison experience
2+ years of experience in neuro-oncology and rare diseases
Proven experience with strategic relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
Strong scientific acumen in oncology and understanding of clinical medicine
Excellent communication skills, with experience managing complex projects, timelines, and budgets
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel 50–60% domestically
Bachelor's degree required
